If anyone knows/has a basement (or small 1-bedroom place) for rent, please let me know

This is for a respected Muslim family (a couple and their baby) who need accommodations from Sept 2024 to April 2025 as one of them will be attending the university of Waterloo. They have a car, so it doesn’t need to be very close to the university.
